First off, we do a deep dive into your strengths, weaknesses, customers, competitors and more.

We review or define your brand promise, beliefs, differentiators and value proposition to give you a snapshot brand overview.

The all-important ‘you-in-a-nutshell’, we narrow down the benefits of what you offer and why that’s unique.

What are your competitors doing right (and wrong) on social media.

If your brand was a person, what would he/she be like and how would you sound when you’re communicating? >
- Buyer personas:
We create a fictional character based around who typically buys your product or service, including things like demographics, goals, pain points we solve/challenges and behaviours.
Next, we formulate an action plan for your social media activities.
- Content pillars + sample posts:
We create content categories/themes for you to post about (beyond just talking about your product or service all the time) and some sample posts.
- Social media channel suggestions and types of content:
We educate clients on the features of each channel (Facebook feed, live videos, Instagram feed, IGTV, IG stories, etc)
- Post frequency, hooks and call-to-actions:
We guide you on how often you should post, what the best times are to post and the hooks and prompts that work best to get great interaction.
We create an all-important visual direction for your social media presence.
- Moodboard/’look & feel’:
We present a sample of what your visuals should/can look like, with uniform and eye-catching designs (Image template designs - additional service).
- Other marketing activities:
Social media doesn’t exist in a vacuum so we also suggest complementary activities such as image template designs, blog writing, social media advertising, email marketing, PR/influencer marketing, graphic design (sales materials), updates for your website and brand photography.
Finally, we set goals and help you sustainably run your own channels
(should you wish to do so).
- Social media tools:
We suggest great time and cost-saving tools such as Canva for quick image mock-ups, Later an easy-to-use scheduling tool and Trello for content planning. We can also provide training to our clients on how to use them successfully.

We decide together what you want to achieve and how we are going to measure success. E.g get X followers by X date, or boost sales with X%..
