Job Title Social Media & Content Coordinator
Type Hybrid
Hours Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17h00 (Full Day)
Location Strand, Cape Town (3 days in-office, 2 days remote – Helderberg applicants only)
Position Permanent, Full-Time
Salary R15 000 – R20 000 CTC (based on experience & qualifications)
Starting Date 1 August 2025

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for creating and coordinating content and campaigns across our lifestyle client portfolio. This includes:

  • Planning monthly content calendars and social strategies
  • Content creation, including copywriting, creatives, video editing and scheduling
  • Graphic design (Canva & Adobe Suite)
  • Influencer outreach & campaign coordination
  • Organising and attending brand photoshoots
  • Assisting in Reel/TikTok production
  • Creating monthly performance report

Extra Skills that will impress us: 

  • Copywriting skills
  • Experience with paid ads on Meta
  • Photography and video editing
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify
  • Google Analytics & lead generation experience
  • Comfort working in OneDrive, WeTransfer, Asana or Slack

What you need to have

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) and conversational Afrikaans
  • A solid understanding of brand, content and social media strategy
  • Creative thinking and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • An eye for detail and great time management skills
  • Comfortable in a collaborative team and with client-facing communication
  • Your own transport to our office in Strand
  • Your own laptop (preferred but not essential)
