Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic agency, to help in the delivery of best-in-class digital campaigns for our clients. Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, has ideas with a strategic edge and analytical skills.

Main responsibilities include the design and implementation of social media strategies for all Clients’ social media platforms and manage and optimise all digital campaigns. The right candidate should possess both strong creative (from writing to design) and analytical skills (ads management), while having the ability to ensure consistency in brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives.
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Business platforms.
  • Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns.
  • Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools.
  • Customising ad campaigns for digital and social media platforms.
  • Creating and implementing pay-per-click strategies for Google Ads.
  • Researching keywords and writing relevant ad copy.
  • Optimising Google Ads campaigns by targeting ads to specific demographics (optimised for sales/leads).
  • Assessing analytics from advertising campaigns, such as impressions, conversion rates, click-through rates and more.
  • Conducting A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and optimise campaigns.
  • Leveraging audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific consumers.
  • Generating performance reports for clients.
  • Providing suggestions to optimise future campaigns and improve performance.
  • Allocating advertising budgets for each client based on their goals.
  • Coordinating with management and account managers to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Planning and managing traditional media advertising, such as print advertisements.
  • Educating clients on the best advertising practices for different platforms.

Job Requirements

The right candidate must have/be:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant field (beneficial).
  • 3+ years experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role (preferably in an Agency environment).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with your teammates and clients.
  • Demonstrable interest for ecommerce marketing and the knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with each other.
  • Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (TikTok is a plus).
  • Experience in paid social strategies optimised for ROI.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging.
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre and Data Studio is expected.
  • Google Search ads, Shopping ads, Display ads etc.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Commerce Manager.
  • Data-driven and proven ability to analyse data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps like Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with websites: WordPress (WooCommerce) and Shopify.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working.
  • Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on & Slack (beneficial).
  • Valid drivers licence & own transport.
